Well, you get the idea. • Accurate Detailed Route Sheets (Travelers) are a key to insuring the smooth progression of a part through your shop floor. They are also a key to accurate job costing. The route sheet system is fully integrated with all the data that effects it. An example is a completed time entry: When time entries are posted, the appropriate route sheets are immediately updated with the actual times and completed and rejected part quantities. Facility, Gage and Equipment Maintenance Schedule • Log maintenance on important equipment or grounds. • Schedule maintenance items • Automatic maintenance reminders are available when starting the system • Record completed maintenance • Print out maintenance history and schedule • The gage and equipment maintenance program was developed initially for the Super-Conducting Super-Colider, a multi-billion dollar U.S. Government nuclear project. Several specialized quoting routines are included (for CNC Milling and CNC Lathes) Time and Attendance • Job Time Data can be entered manually into the system through an easy to use interface. Enter start, stop, and lunch times (if a fixed lunch time is not chosen) and let the system compute the total hours worked, or simply enter the total hours worked. BizKwik instantly computes run times, labor costs, and updates the route sheets with the completed times and quantities. Quality Control and Tracking • Create an inspection sheet for each part number. • List all dimensions, tolerances, and print locations for all inspection items. • Inspection sheets can be printed from the inspection menu, as well as, route sheet printing. • Make a list of features you want to inspect on any parts you make. • Select the feature you are inspecting from a pick list of features, enter the actual reading, the nominal, the tolerance, and the employee number of the inspector. • Print or view inspection reports.
